Very nice outdoor pool, clean room & lobby.
Indoor pool closed; unfriendly staff at restaurant & pool.
Hotel was very nice; it is located inside Columbus airport, which made it convenient. When I asked staff for a nearby restaurant, I was told there is none. We went to restaurant in hotel and were treated a bit rudely. Also were told indoor pool, whirlpool, and gym were closed even though doors were open - no explanation. ...read more
